MCFARLIN — UTILITY HELP
McFarlin’s current official page says utility help is offered on Thursday mornings, registration starts at 8:00 AM, assistance begins at 9:30 AM, and it is for Norman, Noble, or Little Axe residents. Bills must be under $300, and assistance is funding-dependent. Thursday mornings only. Call first. Bring your complete utility bill, photo ID, 30 days of income information, household information, and recent expense information. Funding is not guaranteed.
ST. VINCENT DE PAUL — RENT & UTILITIES
The current Cleveland Connect listing identifies the Norman/Noble St. Vincent de Paul route at 405-701-3693, with rent and utility assistance generally limited to once per year.
OKLAHOMA ENERGY ASSISTANCE
Oklahoma Energy Assistance (LIHEAP): Seasonal LIHEAP enrollment periods apply and may currently be closed. Life-threatening energy crisis assistance is available year-round by calling 405-522-5050.
